55ace Terms and Conditions – Pakistan Betting Platform

1. Introduction

3. Account Registration

Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account on 55ace. Creating multiple accounts — whether under different names, email addresses or mobile numbers — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in permanent account closure with forfeiture of all balances. If you have accidentally created a duplicate account, contact 55ace support immediately to have it resolved without penalty.

3.2 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, truthful and complete information when registering on 55ace. This includes your full name, date of birth, mobile number and any payment information. Providing false details constitutes fraud and will result in immediate termination of your account and forfeiture of any associated funds.

3.3 Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your 55ace login credentials confidential. Do not share your username or password with anyone. 55ace will never ask you for your password via live chat, email or any other channel. If you suspect your account has been accessed by someone else, contact support immediately and change your password. 55ace cannot be held responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your own failure to maintain account security.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

5.2 Odds and Price Changes

5.3 Void Bets

When a bet is voided, the stake is returned in full to your 55ace balance.

5.4 Results and Disputes

For football, the official match result at 90 minutes (plus stoppage time) applies unless specified otherwise on the market. Any disputes about settlement must be raised within 30 days of the event.

5.5 Maximum Winnings

55ace applies maximum winnings limits which vary by sport, market and event. These limits are displayed in the relevant betting market information. In the event of a discrepancy, the platform's internal records are authoritative. Maximum winnings for single bets and accumulators are displayed on the 55ace betting slip before confirmation.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets and promotional offers at 55ace are subject to specific terms which will be clearly stated at the time of the offer. Where a bonus is subject to a wagering requirement, this means the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered a specified number of times before a withdrawal can be made. The wagering requirement will always be stated in plain figures — for example, "30x the bonus amount."

6.2 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses at 55ace are intended for genuine recreational players.
